HORNBY, District Judge.
I. Introduction
The Multidistrict Litigation Panel transferred these two lawsuits here because of the pendency of MDL No. 1361 (In re Compact Disc Litigation). All defendants have moved to dismiss both complaints.
I Grant the motions to dismiss all the federal claims for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (05-cv-118, Counts I — III, V-VII). 1 That dismissal is with prejudice.
