TURNAGE, Judge.

Victor R. Meaney was convicted of murder in the second degree and the jury assessed punishment at twenty years imprisonment. Section 559.020, RSMo 1969.

On this appeal Meaney asserts the court erred in refusing to accept a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter and the failure of the State to prove a submissi-ble case of second degree murder. Affirmed.
