MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT
Petitioner, C. Wesley Collins, filed this action in March 2010, seeking relief from a Court of Appeals Order signed by Respondent, Sara W. Combs, the former Chief Judge of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. The Order prohibits Collins from physically “entering the Central Office of the Court of Appeals or any of the Court of Appeals Field Offices until such time as this order may be rescinded by a subsequent order of this Court.” The Order further states that the Court will accommodate Collins’s need to conduct legitimate business.
