Error to Kent; Perkins, J.. Mary McNamara presented a claim against the estate of Mary McNamara, deceased, for services rendered. The claim was allowed in part by the commissioners, and claimant appealed to the circuit court. There was judgment for claimant for an insufficient amount, and she brings error.

The claimant was distantly related to Mary McNamara, deceased, against whose estate she makes a large claim for services rendered from June, 1885, to February, 1904, under an alleged promise of compensation, which the claim presented states in the following terms:
