**346 In this appeal, we consider whether the Court of Appeals of Virginia erred by reversing a circuit court's decision to grant a motion to suppress evidence recovered during a strip search. We also consider whether *390 the Court of Appeals erred by affirming a conviction for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
