— The facts are that on January 9, 1909, the complainant, the Remington Typewriter Company, sold to R. H. Gulley, one of the respondent’s to the bill of complaint, a typewriter. Gulley paid a part of the purchase money of the typewriter in cash and gave notes for the balance. When Gulley bought the typewriter, he was living at New Decatur, and was working for. the Cotton Growers’ Industrial Company as its general manager.
