From the record before us, it appears that, on the 16th day of May, 1921, one Charley McKinstry presented to the respondent, Honorable Charles A. Dewey, a judge of the district court of Iowa, in and for Washington County, in chambers, a petition praying that he, the said Charley McKinstry, be appointed temporary guardian of the person and estate of the petitioner herein; that at said time the said respondent entered an order upon said petition, appointing the said Charley McKinstry temporary guardian of the property of the said John McKinstry, and directing that he qualify and give bond in…
