Eric Whitehorn (plaintiff) brought an action in replevin against the City of Poplar Bluff, Poplar Bluff Police Department, and Danny Whiteley (collectively referred to in this opinion as defendants). Defendants filed a counterclaim and third-party petition 1 in interpleader.
