In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant ETNA Maintenance Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Johnson, J.), dated October 27, 2005, which denied its motion, inter alia, for summary judg*608ment dismissing the complaint and the cross claim insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
The plaintiff, while crossing First Avenue at the intersection of East 82nd Street in Manhattan, was struck by a vehicle owned and operated by the defendant Hay Kit Ho (hereinafter Ho) as the vehicle turned left onto First Avenue.…
