Danilo Baro and Ramon Baro were convicted by a jury of unlawful distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. Danilo Baro was also convicted of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848. They now appeal, on numerous grounds, their convictions and the sentences imposed by the district court.
