Per. Curiam.

This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing a garnishment action. The principal action was one to recover on a promissory note executed by tbe defendant and her deceased husband. Tbe garnishee interposed an affidavit admitting liability to the defend.ant. Tbe defendant interposed an answer in tbe garnishment action asserting that a certain portion of the monies in the possession of the garnishee belong to a third party; and that tbe remainder of such monies are exempt.
