This suit was brought by Theresa Urban, a feme sole, against the San Antonio Traction Company, a corporation, for damages for personal injuries to plaintiff. The petition alleged: That on or about the 18th day of February, 1911, plaintiff was a passenger on one of the defendant's street cars running out East Commerce street, in the city of San Antonio, and when said car arrived at a point north of and opposite to the Southern Pacific passenger station, on said street, the car stopped for the purpose of allowing passengers to alight, and that said place was a regular stopping place for cars to…
