Appellants, the Minneapolis law firm of Best & Flanagan and two of its attorneys (Best & Flanagan), appeal from a Minnesota Court of Appeals decision that a district court order denying their motion to dismiss on remand was not based on jurisdictional grounds and therefore was not immediately appealable. Best & Flanagan claims that the district court lost jurisdiction over it when the court entered judgment dismissing the claims of respondents, George Janssen, et al.
