The verdict in favor qf the defendants was directed by the court, without other testimony than that offered by the plaintiff, and no errors are assigned for other rulings in the course of the trial. Thus the sole question raised by the writ of error is whether sufficient facts were presented for submission of an issue of fact under the pleadings to the jury.
