Defendant appeals from a judgment for possession, and for rent and damages entered against her.

The only issue before this court is whether the defendant was served with summons. A default and ex parte judgment was entered against the defendant together with an order that a writ of restitution issue on December 26, 1967. On January 18, 1968, the writ of restitution was executed and the defendant and her furnishings were removed from the premises.
