—Application by assigned counsel for permission to withdraw as counsel based on his conclusion that there were no nonfrivolous issues to be raised on appeal, granted only to the extent of assigning alternate counsel to prosecute the appeal expeditiously. The defendant herein was indicted on two counts, murder in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
