The sole question here is: Which of the parties hereto is the owner of certain accretion lands? The record is such as to render extremely difficult and hazardous any attempt to arrive at definite and certain conclusions regarding many of the facts in the case. The plaintiff filed a petition and two amendments. She describes the land which she claims differently in each document. The land awarded her in the decree does not correspond in terms with any of the descriptions in the petition or amendments. Difficulty arises from several sources.
