The specific issue before the Court in the above captioned cases relates to the debtors’ proposed payments to unsecured creditors in each of the debtors’ respective plans. Each case has in common the following factors: (1) the debtors all have incomes above the median family income for the state of Arkansas; (2) the debtors’ plans do not propose to pay into the plan for the benefit of unsecured creditors either (i) the monthly disposable income as determined by Form B22C (the means test), or (ii) a 100% dividend to unsecured creditors; and (3) the chapter…
