Appellees, Homer A. Roden and E. E. Manning, instituted this suit in July of 1950 against appellant, Anderson Furniture Company, for property damages caused about noon on .April 15, 1950, by reason of a fire which destroyed a duplex residence and the contents therein in Dallas County, and which resulted from the alleged negligence of appellant’s employees.
