The suit is by bill in equity seeking to establish and enforce a decree for alimony rendered by the district court at R'eno, Nev., in which proceeding divorce and alimony were adjudged against the appellee, Paul Gam-mill, in favor of the appellant, Cherie Fanchier, his di vorced wife. The amount of the alimony was one hundred dollars per month, and it appears from the hill that eight hundred dollars as alimony is now due by ap-pellee to appellant under the decree involved.
