TYSON, Judge.

Appellants, Lewis White and James Watson, were indicted for grand larceny. Verdict and judgment of guilty resulted in each appellant being sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

As witness for the State, Eddie Riddle testified that at about 12:00 noon on April 1, 1970, the two appellants came to the store he was operating in Greene County, Alabama, and asked to purchase gasoline for their automobile.
