Quillin, P.J.,

Felton Robertson, appellant, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to dim bright lights in violation of the Code of Ordinances of Lorain. He was found guilty and sentenced. Because relevant portions of the videotaped trial have not been transcribed, we affirm.
