SIFTON, District Judge.
This is an action brought pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 217 to restrain violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. (the “Act”), specifically, failure to pay overtime compensation said to be due certain employees of defendant pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 207 and failure to keep related records pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 211(c) in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 215(a)(2) and (a)(5), respectively.
