King William County and its insurer (“employer”) appealed the Commission’s award of disability benefits to the claimant, Linda Jones, asserting multiple assignments of error. In a unanimous opinion, a three-judge panel of this Court *537affirmed the Commission regarding certain of its factual findings. King William County v.
