In this an original proceeding in this court for a writ of mandamus we certified to the circuit court of Madison county for trial certain issues of fact. The proceedings in that court, including the verdict of the jury, have been certified to this court. The verdict was in favor of the respondents, and if no error was committed by the court below and the verdict is sustained by the evidence the writ should be denied.
