Epstein, J.

This claim for declaratory and injunctive relief against the University of Illinois is before the Court on the Respondents section 2 — 619 motion to dismiss for want of subject matter jurisdiction and its section 2 — 615 motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action. Claimant has belatedly filed a response to part of the section 2 — 619 motion, which we allow instanter, but not to the section 2 — 615 motion. 735 ILCS 5/2 — 615, 2 — 619.
