Appellant James Steven Turner was convicted in 1998 of malice murder in connection with the January 1979 death of James Corvin. He appeals the judgment of conviction, and we affirm.
The victim’s body was found in April 1979 in the trunk of his girlfriend’s car in the parking lot of a hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
