Mark Armacost v. Reginald J. Davis No. 69, September Term 2017 Civil Procedure – Jury Instructions – Medical Malpractice. Trial court did not abuse its discretion when it gave standard general instructions on negligence and foreseeability in addition to an instruction particularizing the relevant standard of care in a medical malpractice case. Considered as a whole, the court’s instructions were not misleading and there was no showing of probable prejudice that would require reversal of the jury’s verdict.
