*813This is an automobile accident case. It has been tried three times. The first trial is reported in Chappell v. White, 182 Va. 625, 29 S. E. (2d) 858. There was a verdict for $7500. The case was reversed and remanded. At the second trial there was a verdict and judgment for $4,231.18. That judgment was afterwards vacated, and at the third trial there was a verdict for $9,000.
