— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), rendered June 24, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts), and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
*1042The proof adduced at trial established that on June 15, 1982, defendant and an accomplice robbed a grocery store in Brooklyn. During the course of this incident, the accomplice slashed the storekeeper with a knife, causing lacerations of his face and hand which required 31 stitches.
