OPINION

JANE BLAND, Justice.

When their newly-constructed house showed signs of foundation distress, Gary and Carolyn Jones sued their builder, Pe-sak Brothers Construction Company (Pe-sak Brothers), for breach of a construction contract, express and implied warranties, negligent construction of the home, and for violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. After a jury trial on the Joneses’ claims, the trial court entered a take-nothing judgment, in accordance with the jury’s verdict.
