Petitioner Marcus L. Cargle was convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County in Case No. CF-93-6982 of Counts I and II, Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S.1991, § 701.7(A)); and Count III, Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony (21 O.S.Supp.1992, § 1283).
