July 17, 1940, appellee, Mena General Hospital, a corporation, sued appellants, Dr. Pierre Bedman and Dr. H. G. Heller, for damages alleged to have resulted from their breach of a certain lease contract and for recovery of certain equipment, supplies and personal property, or its value, together with damages for the wrongful detention thereof. -
