Because I do not believe that the employer is entitled to the relief sought, I must respectfully dissent from the main opinion.

The employer petitions this court for a writ of mandamus directing the Jefferson Circuit Court to vacate its order compelling the employer to provide the employee with a list of four pain-management physicians.
