On December 26, 2000, relator, Columbus Bar Association, filed a four-count amended complaint charging that respondent, Daniel R. Beatty, Attorney Registration No. 0064901, of Columbus, Ohio, violated several provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Respondent answered, and the matter was submitted to a panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court (“board”).
