OPINION
GREENAWAY, JR., Circuit Judge.
Stergios and Renee Messina (“Appellants”) appeal the January 31, 2011 Order of the District Court for the District of New Jersey, issued after the District Court’s appellate review of the final order of the Bankruptcy Court. The District Court affirmed the Bankruptcy Court’s March 6, 2006 Order granting Appellee’s 1 motion to value Appellants’ exemption at zero and denying Appellants’ cross-motion for an order requiring Appellee to pay Appellants the exemptions claimed in their Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition.
