The United States indicted1 James Walter Jones (“Jones”), Gerald Lamar White (“White”), Margaret Marie Reynolds (“Reynolds”), and Louis Perchitti, Jr. (“Per-chitti”) (collectively, the “defendants”) on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(B) & 846, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, see 18 U.S.C. § 2; 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B).
