POSTER, Justice.

This is a statutory interpleader under section X03S6, Code, for a sum of money alleged in the complaint to have been deposited by plaintiff’s intestate in defendant bank. The-defendant made affidavit and prayed for an interpleader under section 10386, Code. Notice was thereupon issued to the claimant and. duly served. Claimant then made an appearance in writing, in which he expressly made himself 'a party, and set up his claim, to the fund.
