Circuit Judge:
Felicita Fernandez, as administratrix of the estate of her son Elizer, appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut dismissing her civil rights claim against Robert Fitzgerald, a City of Bridgeport police officer, following a jury trial before Judge Zampano. Appellant’s sole claim of error is that the trial court refused to charge that the jury might consider whether certain evidence pointed to a “consciousness of guilt” on the part of appellee.
