Plaintiff brings this suit to rehover the-amount of $264.60, with 6 per Cent, per an-num, interest thereon from January 1, 1931,. until -paid, and 15 per cent, additional, as attorney’s fees, on allegations substantially as follows;, That in January, ,1930; ‘it sold to defendant,. R. J.
