Affirming.

The commonwealth seeks to reverse an adverse judgment rendered on an appeal from the county court, upon the ground that the circuit court had not acquired jurisdiction of the case.

A warrant had been issued by the county judge against Josh'Bates for an alleged violation of the prohibition law. Pie was convicted in the county court, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $100 and confinement for thirty days in the county jail.
