This Bankruptcy adversary case is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Withdraw the Reference (“Motion”) [Doc. #2]. Defendants argue that the Court should withdraw the reference to the Bankruptcy Court of the adversary case pursuant to the permissive withdrawal provision of Bankruptcy Code § 157(d).
