This is an appeal from the trial court’s grant of a plea to the jurisdiction in a suit filed under the Whistleblower Act. Appellant David E. Moore argues the trial court erred in granting the University of Houston-Clear Lake’s (UHCL) plea because his pleadings demonstrate he initiated action under UHCL’s grievance procedures, and UHCL’s jurisdictional plea was an improper procedural device to challenge the timeliness of his Whistleblower Act claims. 1 We agree.
