This is an appeal from a .judgment for $2,000, rendered in the circuit court of Poinsett County in favor of appellee against appellants, and is the second appeál in the cause, the first appeal being reported in 164 Arkansas Reports, at page 24, under the same style as this. Reference is made to that case for a full statement of the facts herein. The judgment was reversed on the first appeal, and the cause was remanded for a new trial because tbe trial court erred in giving instructions Nos. 10 and 11, which are set out in full in the statement of that case.
