Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Kahn, J.), rendered September 24, 2010, convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
