—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the defendant Huntington Hospital appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Cohalan, J.), dated August 13, 1991, as denied those branches of its cross motion which were to quash subpoenas and demands for discovery and inspection, and to strike stated portions of supplemental verified bills of particulars.
