SRTPMAN, District Judge.
There is no occasion in the present stage of this case to enumerate in detail the allegations of this bill. Its object is to restrain the respondents, by injunction, from infringing the rights of the complainant, alleged to be secured to him by two patents for improved modes of treating caoutchouc and other vulcanizable gums, and for an account. One of the patents, denominated the “grease patent,” bears date December 20, 1853. The other, called the “tin foil patent,” is dated April 4, 1854, but reissued August 10, 1S59.
