The complaint alleges that the Hartford-Buick Company and one Jack Sulima of New Britain, on April 22d, 1924, entered into a written contract of conditional sale, whereby Sulima secured possession of a certain Buick automobile as conditional vendee. On the same day the Hartford-Buick Company assigned the contract to the plaintiff, who is now the owner thereof. The conditional bill of sale was duly filed in the office of the town clerk of New Britain.
