¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Harrison County Circuit Court found R.L. Rogers guilty of armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Following unsuccessful post-trial motions for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) or, alternatively, a new trial, Rogers appeals.
