Appellant, Susie Bennett, claims title to the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 1 north, Range 1 west, based on a family settlement and an agreement with her father, R. C. McCurley, in 1940. Appellee, Theodore Coleman, claims the same land by virtue of a deed executed to him April 28, 1958, by his grandfather, the said R. C. McCurley.
